• Material traceability: Provide carbon footprint calculation reports for the entire material portfolio (based on ISO 14067 standards) and utilize traceable recycled raw materials (e.g., post-consumer recycled PCR-PET).
• Compliance assurance: All products meet ELV directive limits for heavy metals like lead and cadmium, and support cradle-to-gate Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
• Circular economy solutions: Develop bio-based materials (e.g., PA410) and easily recyclable monopolymer material systems to help customers achieve their 2025 recycled plastic usage targets.

Absolutely. We specialize in “plastic-for-steel” lightweighting technologies:

• Low-density materials: Such as microcellular PP and long glass fiber reinforced PA, achieving weight reduction of 20%-40% while maintaining structural strength.
• Integrated design support: We assist customers in optimizing part designs through simulation analysis, merging multiple metal components into a single plastic part.

 Yes, we offer “Materials+” value-added engineering services:

• Pre-design collaboration: Utilizing Moldflow analysis software to optimize gate placement and cooling solutions, preventing sink marks and warpage.
• Failure analysis support: For issues like part cracking or insufficient chemical resistance, our laboratory provides diagnostic reports via FTIR infrared spectroscopy, DSC thermal analysis, and recommends material or process improvement solutions.
