Company Development History

2018-2019

Company established, team formed, factory completed and put into operation, achieving industry-leading automation and production cycle; Deliveries completed to Southeast Motor, Geely Automobile, GAC Motor, Dongfeng Nissan, GAC Toyota, and GAC Honda; Sales exceeded 100 million RMB within two years, achieving profitability.

2020

Shenyang Shitian established; Construction and operation of the second factory in Guangzhou commenced; Shenyang factory signed, started construction, and completed; Localization of materials for BMW commenced; Recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise.

2021

Developed non-automotive clients such as Bull, Hongyan, and Supor; Became a "Little Giant" enterprise recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; Expanded new energy vehicle business, successively developing relationships with BYD, Chery, XPeng, and GAC Aion; Cooperated with Jinbei Yanfeng & Yanfeng Vio to complete preliminary testing work for BMW materials.

2022

BYD's business continued to advance, with significant participation in the development of subsequent new models;Supplier code obtained through BYD's audit;

2023

Construction began on Shiten's headquarters;
Approval and mass production achieved by Chery Automobile;
BYD's interior and exterior trim department won a 40,000-ton order;
Introduced strategic investment from a state-owned enterprise platform;
BMW completed multiple rounds of audits and confirmed inclusion in its global strategic supplier platform in 2024;
GAC Toyota's procurement was included in the list, becoming an important strategic partner.

2024

Shiten Japan was established to expand into the international market;
Acquired the China modification business of Sumitomo Chemical, a Fortune 500 company. Subsequently, Dalian Shiten and Zhuhai Shiten were established.

2025

Chongqing Shiten was established as a joint venture with Chongqing Zhongtian, focusing on the green and low-carbon industry of waste plastic recycling.
